Unable to create new SRs

Hi All,

Using Oracle Support, i am unable to create a new SR. This has been happening offlate. When i provide the problem summary and description, and proceed to provide the Product, product version and other details i am unable to proceed. When i select a product, the page keeps refreshing and the product version and other list of values keeps refreshing but does not get populated. Can you please help.
