submit Delivery Opts Button programmatically

I need to send the Sales acknowlegement  report as PDF attachment. Similar to the way it is sent in the Delivery Opts Button. The concurrent request is submitted programmatically. I need add the values to parameter Email . Is there any standard program similar to FND_REQUEST.ADD_LAYOUT or FND_REQUEST.SUBMIT_REQUEST to achieve the same?
