Oracle Internet Expenses k.3. - Access Authorization Error Page

Hi,


 I have a problem in responsibility Internet Expenses, the version is OIE K.3.

when I try to entry in Access Authorizations tab, the output is Error Page. The problem is in AuthPrefPageCO.


Can anyone help me??
