INV_Move_Order_PUB.Process_Move_Order_Line not working

Dear

Run INV_Move_Order_PUB.Process_Move_Order_Line  to update the locator of  Move order allocation , but re-check the locator from Transact move>View allocation form, locator not update. Why?

 INV_Move_Order_PUB.Process_Move_Order_Line will update which table ?
