Problem with negative numbers in Graphs in Financial Reporting v11.1.1.3

When setting up graphs in Financial Reporting studio it is possible to include a range and step for the primary axis.  If the numbers range from negative to positive then the results are not what would be expected.

Using: From -2000 to 1000, Step 500 gives the following values:

-1999, -1499, -999, -499, 0, 500, 1000

Does anyone else have a similar problem and if so are there any solutions you have found?
