Notification issue

Hi everybody,
I configured workflow notification within soa server to be displayed on worklist taskflow in webcenter space.
When I want to join a space which the membership configuration required moderator approval, this error has occured:
WCS#2012.01.03.14.48.11: Unable to send subscription notification to moderator(s). The reason is : SOA server is either down or not properly configured
