Hello,I put in two tickets and they don't show up in "My Oracle Support". I have received emails from tech support but all they say is go here. The email asks me for info, but they are from no.reply@oracle.com and say not reply to this email. Then how am I to get help?

Can someone tell me how to get help with my tickets?
