EDI : Stock inbalance with a partner

Dear all,Is there any standard possibility to compare the stock balance between JDE (F41021) and an external provider ? I mean an Inbound transaction dedicated to this functionality . We receive and translate the stock situation of our provider and the F41021 is used to populate our stock situation and then, a report is generated with discrepancies between both stocks (quantity, status, eventual expiration date in case of item/lot,...)
We are in WS A73PC11

(we have developed customized process to achiveve this goal but it's not satisfying)
