Grid Control does not show output of OS Commands scheduled through Grid Control

 Hi All,

  We have shell scripts scheduled in the cron but now we are planning to schedule and run them through Grid Control. We have configured them to run from Jobs section in the grid control and they are running good but we are looking at the output of those jobs to be alerted via email or to be seen in the Grid Dash Board. The output of those shell scripts returns some values and which is important for us to take an action based on that.

Do we have any document which tells this , please share it so that I can get going.
