CRM ON Demand Server cannot be accessed - Desktop Integration Administration
I installed CRM on Desktop Integration on my system. Installation was successful. CRM on Demand Desktop Assistant display has opened. Now I gave credentials, Oracle CRM on Demand server name and port number. After this I clicked on Login. Its throwing an error message saying that “CRM ON Demand Server cannot be accessed. Contact your company administrator”.
Please provide me a work around for this. I gave correct server name. (From your CRM On Demand URL, enter only the [SERVER_NAME] part in the log in screen URL: http://[SERVER_NAME]/OnDemand/logon.jsp). I gave the port number as 443.
