PO_CUSTOM_PKG - Error message

Hi  All,

 I did some validations in POR_CUSTOM_PKG. my requirement is while click on submit button in iprocurment requisition , i want to display error message when validations is fail. 

Could you please let me know wich controller or AM i need to extend?
