Legal Entity Territory

 Hi,
I wanted to ask the difference between Territory and Country locations in General Ledger Legal Entity. Also, there are many regions/ countries missing. Is there any way I can add new Territory under the Legal Entity, if so, please do let me know.

Also, I tried to follow the recommended steps given in help guides but it did not gave me what I was looking for.
