2 node RAC to Standalone standby to (cascading Standby) 2 node RAC standby creation?

Hi All,

We are working on Datamigration activity among two sites, because of some internal security policies we can't create link from new site and existing primary site, so we are using temporary environemnt to migrate the data.

Is it okay to migrate the database using dataguard with minimal downtime.

Because of some problems we can't create physicalPrimary environement is in 2 node RAC with ASM 10.2.0.5

Temporary environment is in standalone 10.2.0.5 normal file system

New environment is in 2 node RAC ASM 10.2.0.5

Plan is to

1. create standby in temporary site from primary site RAC

2. Create cascading standby from temporary site to new site in RAC using dataguard.
