comparison between SQL Database and Oracle Database

Dears,

Could you please advise what is the difference (advantages and disadvanteages) between the SQL Database and Oracle Database?

with reference to my little experience on the Oracle Database, i have seen a very powerfull tools on the Oracle Database( Enterprise Manager Database Control)  through it, we can see all the tasks related to our Oracle Database but there are a lot of data and information. I need help and easy way to cover and understand all these modules and what are the most  important and intersted modules?
