The client is asking this information prior to implementation on the self service applications istore, ireceivables , isupplier:

Open Content Mgmt Questions:

1.       1. Is it possible to use external content management system for iStore, iReceivables, iSupplier

2. Does i-Receivables & i-Supplier content management exist in the app or does it use UCM or OCM ?

3. What is the difference between OCM and UCM, when is each used and by what applications

OCM built within eBusiness Suite

4.  Istore used OCM for Content Mgmt

5.  Does content mgmt within the oebs allow to personalize content based on info in TCA ?
