Pm Schedule changes

When i go into change a scheduled Pm and I click the save button another screen pops up requiring information to be entered. The only way to get out of that screen is to clear the field and then x out or f4 and it returns you to the beginning where you select the Pm schedule again and make the change and save the second time around and that screen does not show up. How do I stop this the first time around.
