SWIFT MT101 xml payment template

Our Oracle system supports international business and we have a requirement from our European operations to provide an European bank with the eletronic bank payment form SWIFT MT101.   Currently Oracle R12 has only MT100 and MT103 available.  MT100 is no longer used and MT103 is for bank-to-bank transmissions.  MT101 seems to be a lot more involved then the MT103 template.  Currently Oracle does not have MT101 and only plans on it for a future release.

Has anyone created the SWIFT MT101 xml payment template for Oracle R12 payables?   If so, I have some quiestions for you about design/development.
