GeoCode updates for 11i upgrade to R12
I need to understand how we can update Geocodes by clearing them out on several tables and on one table, updating them with a new value. Also need to update HR location addresses in 11i in prepartion to upgrade to R12. Does a script or API exist to do this?
Tables for Geocode update - clear out existing Vertex code as we are moving to Taxaware:
1. DFF (HR_LOCATIONS_ALL.ATTRIBUTE18 - about 10,000 records
2. HZ Locations - about 40,000 records
Table for updating about 300 codes from existing GeoCode to new GeoCode
1. APPS.FND_FLEX_VALUES
HR_LOCATIONS need to update about 2300 addresses in 11i that have some part of the field invalid that needs to be corrected before moving to R12. Valid data exists in a spreadsheet.
