Cancelling All Journal Approval WFs In Process

My question is in regards to an EBS R12 (12.0.6) test instance.  After the test instance gets refreshed / recloned from our production instance, there's usually a handful of Journal Approval WFs that are "in process".  Each "in process" WF in the test instance will eventually time out as such WFs expire in 10 days if not approved.  When each "in process" WF expires, it sends an e-mail to the journal submitter; however, it is not obvious to the recipient that the e-mail came from the test instance, so this causes unnecessary confusion!

As a result, I have been "manually" cancelling any "in process" Journal Approval WFs in the refreshed test instance.  From Workflow Administrator - Status Monitor, I query all "Journal Batch" workflow types with WF status = "In Process".  Then I select each WF one at a time, view Activity History (or Workflow Details) and click the Cancel Workflow, Apply, and OK buttons!

Howdy, Stranger!
