Copy Bill of Material to different branch

We are on A73 Cum 12 and trying to set up an additional branch plant. It looks like JDE doesn't have a program at our release level to copy bills of material from one branch to another. We have tried duplicating the bill to another branch but it doesn't pick up the different levels of the bill. 

We also need to copy the corresponding routings for the bills. Just to add to this, the routing will have some different work centers. 

 Any suggestions would be appreciated!
