Sales Quote SQ, when created is not visible in the Release program P420111

Never seen this before, but when I create either a Quote Sales Order or Blanket Sales order (SQ or SB), it is not visible in the Release program (P420111) when I click Find.  This process works in the ODS environment so I tried to match the P4211 processing options in ODS to our environment we're using internally thinking some option (i.e. hold or something) was preventing order from showing in P420111 screen.
