IMP: CREATE INVOICE ORGANIZATION TRANSACTION TYPES(PAXARTRX)

Hi,
Is it mandatory to create transaction type using the program "IMP: CREATE INVOICE ORGANIZATION TRANSACTION TYPES(PAXARTRX)"

I would like to use ceded transaction type "Invoice" for transferring invoice to Receivables


Pleae advice
