Budget History

Dear All,

The project budget draft has been increased by 20000JD but it’s not submitted and baseline yet.  However, when we look at the record history (HELP ---> Record History) we found that the user AA has been created and updated this change in 30-NOV-2011 09:28:00. This change has been made on the project period (JUL-2011, AUG-2011 and SEP-2011).

Customer AA claim that he didn’t make such change, even if he  tryied to do that he will not be able to perform such change because there is a need to re-open the corresponding GL periods in order to update the above Project mentioned periods.
