To increase DFF segments for 'Additional Information' in SR form

We have around 20 fields to be accommodated in DFF named 'Additional Information' in SR form. Currently there is a limit of 15 segments only.
I have tried using 2 context values (10 segments each) and saved that by entering values in that DFF. In table (cs_incidents_all), external_attribute values are overwritten by second one.
Is there any way to increase number of segments in 'Additional Information' DFF in SR form.
