Enabling Attchments on the forms

Hi,

We are recreating the quick invoice form(custom) and required the attchment functionality to work on it. WE have followd all the standard way but it's not working. We have took a custom.fmb to develop this form. The attchment button on form is not enabling. We have did all setups for the custom form by creating categoriesand setting single primary key context as per teh standard way.

Can anybody tell how to add standard attchment functionality on fmb form.
