Transactions stuck in MTI

In 11.5.10 platform.

Customer do subinventory transfer. The records stuck in MTI with error ‘Transaction processor error, Negative balances not allowed’. The onhand quantity is sufficient to transact.  

From the INV debug log file, get following error:
