Finance Charges are not getting generated for Standard AR Dunning.

Finance Charges are not getting generated for Standard AR Dunning. Does anyone have any idea on this? ARDLGP is a spawned program and cannot analyze the code for it.

Can this be because of no credit limit being set for the customer?
