Deadlock Problem

Hi

Kindly guide me about upgradation to 10.2.0.5 db as we are currently using 10.2.0.4 db.The reason to switch is to get rid of deadlock problem as it does in 10.2.0.4 db. Please assure me either 10.2.0.5 is deadlock free or not.Provide details as well.Thanks
