Intercompany AP invoice error message: APP-INV-05708

Hi,

When we run the Create intercompany program, it errored out with a log message

APP-INV-05708: Vendor and/or vendor site information not found
Returned warning from extra function

What is the cause for this message as the vendor and vendor site are active.
