Exception Report - Where do I find it.

Hi,

In note 413757.1 it states that database trigger synchronization errors are recorded on the exception table and can be viewed using View Exception Report.

I can't find this exception report - where do I find it?

(We are using Oracle Applications version 11.5.10.2
