AME is not seen in Oracle Internet Expenses

Hi,
 Oracle Internet Expenses does not see AME, it´s installed the profile option AME: Installed to Yes. The rule in Ame is working because it´s done a test Workbench.

The symptoms:
   - It´s Created a Expense Report and it´s submit for approval Manager.
   - The report status is Pending System Administrator.
   - It´s checked in Workflow Administrator, AME is not installed.

 AME version is : AME.B.
Oracle Internet Expenses: OIE. K.3.


Can anyone help me????
