unable to run asmcmd - 11.2.0.1 on Windows

Hi,

We have 11.2.01 on Windows

our +FRA is 100% full and we are unable to start the database, although we can mount it

In order to delete files from +FRA we are trying to execute asmcmd so that we can free up space in +FRA so that we can startup the database

but we are getting this message when we try to execute asmcmd.bat
