Hold automatically an inventory location (and not the whole lot) : partial quantity of a lot (LILOTS

Is there any way to let a receipt to be done on an inventory lot location hold (LILOTS) without the lot status to be updated ? (IOLOTS)

We wish to hold (qualifying a particular location ) any receipt (for control quality) without manage the lot status. The default lot status (IBLOTS)  is not used because it's used only in case of new lot. But if you need to receive the same lot (P47071 or P4312) severall times for partial quantities by populating the status, the lot as well as the location are both automatically hold. We have to release the lot next (IZ transaction).
