How to change auto optimizer stats collection Attribute to be "ONCE PER WINDOW" ?

I need to ran Optimizer Stats only once per window. Can you please guide how to set this attribute in optimizer Stats.

CLIENT_NAME                         ATTRIBUTES
----------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
auto optimizer stats collection     ON BY DEFAULT, VOLATILE, DO NOT KILL
auto space advisor                  ON BY DEFAULT, VOLATILE, SAFE TO KILL
sql tuning advisor                  ONCE PER WINDOW, ON BY DEFAULT, VOLATILE, SAFE TO KILL
