unzip_sparc errors with unzip: cannot find em12_solaris_sparc64_disk1of2.zip

Looks like we are having the problem described in 1370313.1 and the solution (using unzip_sparc) does not work.
any ideas?

(PS. unzip_sparc will unzip other files but can not find the em install files.)

ls -l em12_solaris_sparc64_disk2of2.zip

/usr/local/bin/unzip_sparc em12_solaris_sparc64_disk2of2.zip
unzip:  cannot find em12_solaris_sparc64_disk2of2.zip, em12_solaris_sparc64_disk2of2.zip.zip or em12_solaris_sparc64_disk2of2.zip.ZIP.
