Two ship location using one BOL ( 11.5.10 )

Presently, we have one customer that is sending us two diffrent ship to location demand:
1) One location is for the maufacturing plant address.
2) Secound location is for the intermediate consignee address location
Both addresses are under the same TP layer.
Objective is to create one delivery name for both destiinations, but creating one Bill of Lading?
Any input wil be helpful.
