Channel Revenue Management - EBS (MOSC)

MASS SETTLEMENT Ends in error leaving individual claims in COMPLETE Status.

 Below are the steps that are being done to mass settle claims:
1) Create Mass Settlment and select say 20 claims for a single customer.
2) Go to the next screen and give the write off actvity name & the dollar amount of write off for all the claims together.
3) Once done click on submit mass settlemnet.
4) We get the below error:
  oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01086: savepoint 'SETTLE_MASS_SETTLEMENT' never established ORA-06512: at "APPS.OZF_MASS_SETTLEMENT_PVT", line 3702 ORA-01086: savepoint 'START_MASS_PAYMENT' never established ORA-06512: at "APPS.OZF_MASS_SETTLEMENT_PVT", line 2966 ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception ORA-06512: at "APPS.OZF_MASS_SETTLEMENT_PVT_W", line 302 ORA-06512: at line 1
