Timeout Setting which control the time the Application cube is in the RAM, after the last user has l

Hi,

Can I set the timeout of unloading the application cube from the RAM, after the last person has logged out ?

My server is set to have the Financial Management service as Manual. After the last user has logged out, I want to keep alive the application in the RAM, for a specified amount of time, so that the next user who may log in during that interval, need not have to wait for the Application cube, to load in the memory

I am using System 9.3.1. I would also like to know, the corresponding timeout setting in 11.1.2, as well.
