How to see all reports ran by any user

Hi Gurus

How can i see the report which is run by any user. In 11i i was able to see it through :- View -> Requests -> Specific Requests (Here i put user ID in Requestor field) -> Find.

Recently we have upgraded the version to R12 but now we are unable to see the request as in 11i.

kindly suggest. How can i achieve it..?
