How do we install the patch which ID is 1058764.1 for our wls 10.3.0.0

Hello,

I want to install this patch for our wls, but I read relational document and find it only support wls 10.3.1, and our wls version is 10.3.0, so How do we install this patch?

BTW:

Due to I'm not a industry guy, and I do this first, so I don't know how to install it for our wls. Could you provide some detail document for me to install it? or help me install it?
