TNS- messages not reported in OEM

Grid Control 11g is not reporting errors which I can see in the listener log files.

I have set the following metric as per below, but no Alerts are reported within GC.

I have tried a number of settings but nothing has the desired effect of producing alerts. Here are the latest settings I have used. I am not sure of the wildcard SYNTAX so have used % in the Warning and * in the Critical.

Metric

TNS- Error Code

Collection Schedule Every 15 Minutes

Warning Threshold = %TNS%

Critical Threshold = *TNS*
