Customer Tax Profile

I want to migrate Legacy Customer master data including Customer Tax profile for Sweden Based company. For Creating customer, Sites, Site use etc, API is avilable for the same. but for there is no API is avilable for Customer Tax Profile creation.
I need any public/ private API or script for the same so that i can create customer Tax profile as well while migrating customer master data from legacy to Ebiz.
