Parallel Runs

We have been asked by our client to provide implementation approach to include parallel runs along with legacy systems. The scope includes implementation of GL,AP,FA,AR,CM.

We are evaluating various options, but we strongly advocate that parallel runs are not necessary given that appropriate UAT is undertaken.

Please share with us any collateral where a parallel run was included in the project and their experiences of running the exercise.
