How to debugg a package ...!!!????????

Hi

How to debugg a package having 25,000 lines .

If I get any error ,how can I findout a particular select statement of procedure in the package having these many number of lines.

Can you please provide few steps/suggestions . Becuase it's really challenging to me sometimes.even I am having good idea on PL/Sql. I couldn't solve ticket with in time due to this problem.
