Good News - XML Bursting Support to be delivered on the Concurrent Manager in R12.2.0X

Happy New Year to you all.

I raised an ER last year to include an Auto-Burst option on the Concurrent Manager screen in E-Business Suite R12.1.3.

For those interested it is Bug: 12927519: BURSTING SUPPORT

Oracle have agreed to deliver a check box in the Delivery Manager, which when ticked, will automatically burst the request.

So no more manually running XDOBURSTREP or creating PL/SQL packages to do it for you or having to write triggers in your reports to pick up the hidden EBS parameters in magical places....

To be delivered in R12.2.0x

I hope this is good news for many of you - it certainly is for me
