Wip Job move and E-records setup

I am trying to configure Oracle E-records for a WIP job Move and I am running into a snag when I try to set up the configuration variables in ERES administrator. I get no values for Transaction Name in the configuration variable. We are on release 11.5.10.2. I was able to configure everything to the point of setting up the Configuration variable but it stops me at this point. Anyone have any ideas? I do have an SR logged as well.
