Very High DB TIme

We have 3 DBs on same server,  and the DB version is 10.2.0.4.0. When I compare the AWR reports I see huge difference in DB time in one DB as compared to other 2 DBs. Please see the 2nd DB below where it has exceeded even the elapsed time.
