Users receivng Web Exception errors at 12hrs

What would cause a User’s session to timeout at 12hrs? The scenario is this.

 

User logs in at 6:05 am.  They log in and out a few times during the day.  At 6:05am or thereabouts they are in the middle of a transaction and the receive a Web exception error. 

I don;t know if this is kernel related or user related.  This primarily happens in Cash Receipts, but has been reported in other areas of JDE.

Any solutions or suggestions would be appreciated.
