Performance Issues with Item Loader Error Handling Page???

Is there any known performance issues & fixes for the "Maintain Data Definitions" page to correct Item Data? Trying to access the page, timesout and logs the user out. I know in the past there used to be some issues but not sure if it's still the case with version 9.1 where we are in.

Menu: SCM Integrations -> Transaction Error Handling -> Maintain Data Definitions.
