Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Escalation by BRM rule

I am using Auto Escalation by implimenting BRM rule.

I would like to Escalate twice a SR from Escalation Level 1 to Escalation Level 2 and also want to change Owner from Owner 1 to Owner 2.

How to do that? I only can able to perform Level 1 escalation automatically but not the second level as well as to change owner.
